The device is ideal for polypropylene pipe welding, as well as for hydraulic and thermal systems (PE-PP-PVC-PVDF).

It develops power of 1500 or 800 W, with the possibility to choose. You also have the ability to adjust the temperature from 0 to 300°C.

The support base has a clamp and can be placed on a workbench or table.

There are 3 positions that heating sockets can be paced, depending on the work need.

Select the appropriate heating socket, depending on the size of pipe you want to weld.

The heating time starts when the pipe and fitting are placed in the heating socket.

The welded elements must remain stationary until they cool down for a certain time. Eg: In a plastic pipe with an outer diameter of 20mm, the heating time will be 5 seconds, the welding time 4 seconds and then you have to let it cool for 3 minutes.
